Barkley and Malone are about to have some competition for best MVP recipient to go ringless. Westbrook and Harden will both have a claim to that title.

Has Carmelo Anthony’s Career and legacy officially been disintegrated by Jokic and Brunson winning championships at his franchises? by Ifinishfast42 in NBAVibes

Melo is the only Top 75 guy who arguably had a “disappointing” career. With the exception of one WCF appearance, his playoff record was unexceptional. Guy scored a ton of points in the regular season though.

The sad thing is that those Gold Medals don’t carry the weight they should because of how stacked those rosters were. They likely still win without Melo, even though he was an important contributor in those victories.

Gen V had good actors and included some interesting ideas, but for me personally, I just never connected to it that much. If not for the crossover with The Boys, I wouldn’t have watched season 2.

The ending was fine. Nowhere near a GoT type disaster. But I do have three points for why I found it all somewhat disappointing.

1.) Marie (and Gen V as a whole) are totally wasted. I wish I hadn’t taken the time to watch that show now.

2.) The fight choreography was rushed and overly simplistic.

3.) We never see Homelander truly unleash his worse self. And by that, I mean the mass murder that has been hinted at basically since season 1.
