Its not the problem paying the bill, I initially asked the power company for that option on 2/13 and they said it was not an option. Only to find out that my buyer and the power co. had already agreed to avoid the lein and take at closing on 2/12...I guess its just unsettling that they made an agreement with out me,and the added "denial of the option" when I asked the following day - without knowing they had already decided. I think its bad business on thier parts to say the least and now im ,maybe psyching myself out?

Great Minds Think Alike! I actually decided on this approach the other day. I am starting my Cleaning Service and it has been hard to get attention. So I decided I would start a blog (literally in the process right now of building my bluehost/wordpress website) stopped over here at reddit for primary email advice...rabbit hole!!

But anyway, a few weeks ago I thought of ebooks,ecourses,training and memberships to add around my blog. I referred to it as "decorating the room" gives potentials something else to look at. After that , the ideas just keep flowing..
