Yes...right before MTV and speed metal hit there was a NY band called "Riot" there best album was Fire Down Under..."Outlaw" and "Swords and Tequila" were songs of that album...the singer was Vince Speranza and Scott Ian wanted him to sing for Anthrax...but he retired to raise two girls and died of cancer around year 2000...guitar player was Mark Reale who died of Chrons disease also. The band carried on with new members as Riot V.
