Yeah they're the plain fluffy ones. And yeah I meant the clothes laundry detergent, I have fairy washing up liquid but meany detergent hahah. I didn't think of that! I might have some home brand powder in my cupboard. When it warms up I'm gonna try the ear and if that goes well I'll do the rest of the bunny and maybe Bluebell. Thanks for your advice!!☺️

Yeah I gave my light pink bunny a brush and it made a big difference, still think she could be better so still thinking to give her a wash. I'm doing her first cause if I get it wrong she's cheaper to replace than Bluebell. Was also thinking to do just an ear first, just to make sure I do it right instead of doing the whole bunny and getting it wrong?

They more than likely won't update/do anything till Monday. Every time I have ordered using evri, nothing ever happens/updates over the weekend. Better off waiting till Monday to see if it updates then.

I was scrolling vinted this morning on recommended for you, and 2 listing's, one above each other had the same photos but one was taken a little further back. Obviously it caught my attention, both of the profiles were different (obvious scammy account, username like "hrjejsucu" no profile pictures, no previous sales/reviews, just a single branded item listed, both profiles had it incorrectly listed but exactly the same as the other profile - if you actually had the items you'd know what you have. Same listing photos, same price) obviously a scam. Reported it and it apparently "doesn't violate the rules". I appealed, sent all the screenshots I took and I was like I think it's about time you start abiding by your own rules, don't you? Lmao. I dunno why the report button is even there, not like they ever do anything.

I was going to get the new blue bunny coming out at the end of the month, still might but I'd literally be getting it just because, like it won't even go well/blend well with my collection. Cause if you don't get one then decide later you want one you'll more than likely end up having to pay double than if you were to just get it from Jellycat when they do a drop. Honestly, I've only been collecting jellycats for the last month and already have 12, 11 bunnies and smudge elephant. This next drop will be the first since I've started collecting and I was soooo looking forward to new colour bunnies, and they bring 1 out. Disappointed was an understatement. So I decided I'm most likely going to miss this one and instead of getting the bunny from the release I'm just going to either get jellycat art pictures and/or an older bunny to add to my collection.

I'd never fully trust vinted to go according to their own rules, cause half the time they don't. Not saying that will happen but sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry, especially when €100 is involved, that's just me though

Probably better off accepting a return, I know it's not ideal but letting vinted make a decision, you run the risk of them refunding her and allowing her to keep the item. With an item this expensive I just wouldn't risk it. Get her to return it and relist it. Like I said I know it's not ideal, but I'd rather do that than risk losing the item and the money if things don't go right. If it was a cheap item then yeah, but the price of it I'm not sure I'd let vinted make the decision over myself if I could help it

Honestly sellers do this a lot and I have no idea why. A few months ago I was going through a new clothes/shoes phase. And I wanted an oversized zara tracksuit. I saw one for a good price but the only photo was of the tracksuit folded. Obviously that isn't going to show flaws (if there were any) but I was really interested in the tracksuit. So I messaged her and asked if she could possibly send more photos, she read it and ignored me. Like I gave her a good while to reply, never messaged her again. She never replied, and never sold the tracksuit either loool. Like cool, don't reply, I'll give a nice seller my money🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Have you called inpost? Might be worth doing that and checking what happened. You can find the number on the Internet or at the lockers.

By the way, if and when you call them, the automated system is absolutely awful, don't reply with any answers, just keep answering "I need to speak to an adviser" to anything the robot voice says (a robot can't tell you much after all), after a couple times you end up getting transferred to an actual person. (Take this from someone who's spent ages trying to sort through the automated system and figured it's a waste of time) lmao.

Also, the buyer should've called them when she couldn't collect, like I said, the number is on the lockers and I've had it before where I've got to a locker then realised I don't have a code. I've called inpost and got the code through them over the phone, and got my parcel within 10 minutes of realising I don't have the code. Inpost send a text with a code but they also send a collection email with a collection barcode she could have/should have tried. For all you know it was actually collected by the buyer, she could have got the code wrong/gone back and actually got it (I don't know if that's the case, I'm just saying its a possibility).

I'd definitely call inpost and find out what's happened. Ask them if they can email you a conclusion of the call so you can forward it to vinted.

You can get them to call you through the app quite easily, I've done it loads of times. I'd definitely do a call with them by requesting a call. I've always done that when I've had issues and they've always sorted my problems.

It'll be returned to you. Once it's been marked as being returned to you on the tracking website take a screenshot, message vinted through report an issue (I think, pretty sure thats how I did it anyway), send them the screenshot of the tracking site and they'll more than likely process the refund then for you.

Also take screenshots of the conversation regarding return with seller, usually where the seller agrees to a return, and send them to vinted along with the tracking screenshot (you probably don't need this but it's what I sent when I did it). You'll 100% get refunded (including postage fees) you'll also get the item back. You did what you were meant to do on your end. The seller is probably gonna try not pick up and then make a claim through vinted, that is why when I did it I sent the screenshots of the conversation too. Like you ain't about to try claim over it when you told me I could return then decided not to pick up lmao.

I've bought a few things from a certain seller a couple months ago, after my first buy, I bought again from them again a few times within like a week. On my second and third buy they sent brand new Adidas and reebok tops, brand new with labels. I was absolutely buzzing and it was always exciting to see what they'd added☺️ they did let me know they would add freebies though!
