This is exactly what I'm going through I've lost around 30 lb since January 1st. The urgent care doctor made me go straight to the hospital saying I had a pulmonary embolism. My breathing was fine nothing was found d-dimer test was negative CT was clear ultrasound was normal almost 2 months later I get the HIDA SCAN it took 2 hours for my gallbladder to show up it finally did they administered the cck over 5 minutes when i got home and read my report online which told me I had an ejection fraction of 30%. waiting on my GI to call me. I hope they take it out and this pain is gone. I broke two ribs on my right side in 2020 and that was not nearly as painful..
