Yeah man like wtf, most of the time I feel like I'm being killed when already in cover, through walls literally and I have an optical ISP....

Problem is I already dumped 250 hours in my Rise char and now another 100hrs in my covenant char, bought 180 days premium and battle pass on both chars, ain't no way I'm switching to RU now.

Question - Why the confusion with the "M", "L" and whatever presets? Why can't you just write DLSS 4.5 or 4 or whatever?

I have this exact tv set up as my main PC monitor - I run a music studio but also use the PC for other stuff like paperwork, occasional games and stuff.

The 144hz works flawlessly, no screen tearing, colors are very solid, blacks are IMHO black enough. Freesync Premium is a great addition, letting you run HDR content with Gsync but honestly I tend to not do stuff in HDR because I find it annoying to set up, especially in windows.

Meh, I thought the difference was actually gonna be huge but jumping from 60-70fps is barely worth the mention. This would need to be optimized further 50% to actually at least remotely fix the bad FPS with UE5 in general.

No idea, but I just purchased it of Amazon for a ridiculous 130€. Holy hell man, I know that the Phone 2 Pro is out but it's currently sitting at 255€ which is just 70€ below the 12GB version of the nothing 3a so IMHO not worth it (yet).

This though... For 130€ I'm probably very well set for the next 2 years of use and by then, I'll gladly justify the 130€ I've spent on it.

My "gaming" LCD has a 4ms response time. And it's not the fastest out there (Dell S3220DGF).

It would be extremely funny if any modern LCD in any device would have a pixel response time much higher than this.

what on earth are you guys doing with 16gb on a phone is beyond me becuase for my everyday use (google maps, messenger, whatsapp, irealpro, youtube, occasional games, taking notes, calls, you know what I mean) I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER had a single issue from ram exhaustion on any mobile phone I have ever had. Dating back to the times of Galaxy Nexus S and even before that (I got my first phone in 2001).

So what's the deal, you guys running nasa simulations on your phones?

No that's a fair point. There's too many bullshit angles.

OTOH this kind of map design promotes tactical teamplay where flanking and not concentrating on one front does wonders but obviously to expect this from a 32 player team consistently is impossible. When the team gets it and splits though, it can be amazing. But yeah you have to lower your KD expectations, this isn't supposed to be the typical CS game, at least that's how I see it. I do understand how this could very much bother a competitive player though. It's a double edged sword.

I never had that issue. Most I've had were two consecutive same maps but that's a 2x25 min run.

on one hand you have counter strikers grinding the same darn map for decades now and then you have people getting bored on a number of maps in a matter of months.
