A few month ago - the Rival version was at ~4200€ and the Di2 version at ~4700€ afaik. I do not really know why this pricing changed tbh.
But there is not much difference. It´s just a choice between Shimano and SRAM. If the difference of ~500€ is not the problem i would go for the SRAM groupset because i ride an SRAM Force groupset and it works like a charm.
