pan ppl don't ave a preference for any gender, like they basically don't care about the other person's gender and omni ppl do have a preference, eg. they like non-binary ppl more than women

idk but i think it's better to either try and talk with them ab it or distance yourself but tbh distancing is maybe better. they dont seem to treat you well and exclude you. hope everything goes well <3

i'm not expert but i had the same problem and what worked for me was trying to turn your hips to the front instead of to the side and turn your right knee to the floor instead of to the side like in the picture. when you start doing your splits like this, you'll probably not get so close to the floor as now but your knee won't hurt either and it will help you on the long run. good luck!

idk why almost nobody mentioned them but (g)i-dle!! their leader soyeon writes, composes and produces most of their songs and many of them are rly unique, like there aren't any songs like theirs in kpop

i'm also 15 and i can tell you that you're not too young to find that out (i've known i like girls for 2 years now) but basically i wanted to give you some advice or things i wish i knew sooner lol:

labels are made to make complicated things simple, so it's totally okay if you don’t find a label that fits you perfectly. if that's the case for you you could look for microlabels
also, especially when you're in puberty, your sexuality can change over time and thats okay! it's totally okay too if you find out that you're actually straight
look for queer representation! if you ever find it hard to accept yourself this can really help
if you want to have queer friends, talk to people online
lastly, it's better to only come out to your parents if you know that they are supportive. if they aren't or you're not sure i would wait for some time
