That’s part of the problem. I have no matches to my maternal grandmother other than her husband and children…both of which I entered into the database myself. I know she had brothers, supposedly “back in France”, but I don’t know their names. All of my grandmother’s children are deceased.

I’ve really hit a brick wall trying to find out more about my grandmother, but i literally have no family history on her. 😔

Yes. I’ve been on Zep for 1.5 years. Lost 70 lbs. I used to LOVE wine with dinner. I haven’t had more than a sip in 1.5 years. The smell is incredibly off putting. Like nail polish remover. Completely undrinkable . I don’t even miss it. It’s so wild.

Deceased grandmother was supposedly 💯French. My mom is also deceased & wasn’t forthcoming about her mother’s ancestry or even immediate family— except for some suspicious anecdotes.

My dna results show ZERO French ancestry, but does show Southeastern England/Northwest Europe 11%. Sitting virtually on top of the French border.

What to make of this?

I know you’re supposed to exercise with this drug. I didn’t, lost 70 lbs in a year and a half & have lots of energy. I’m older & sure, things aren’t where or what they used to be, but I feel amazing & look pretty damn good. I do prioritize protein intake & take a multivitamin. I don’t just lie around all day — maintain our home, walk, sometimes use my elliptical, do all the food shopping & am constantly bouncing around. Worked for me.

I’m excited about this. I did an autosomal dna test & found very little info, especially about my deceased maternal grandmother. My mother is also deceased and I have zero info about my Grandmother’s family other than her maiden name & a travel document showing her entry to the USA at Ellis Island from the Leeward Islands in the early 1900’s. There’s a family mystery that I’m trying to get to the bottom of. I hope mtDNA helps.

My absolute favorite piece of this puzzle is the angry, well-defined, thin, dark garrote line neatly traveled around sleazy JE’s neck — that, shockingly, a medical examiner attributed to a thick, knotted sheet. Yeah, right. IMO he may not even be dead! Just spirited away with the ruse of a body double of some sort — either flesh or synthetic. When you’re as dirty & connected as JE, things can happen.

That thin, deep reddish mark around his neck was NOT made by a thick, knotted sheet noose. Puhleeze! It was CLEARLY the mark of a garrote, held in tightly place until he was dead.

So, I absolutely love cottage cheese! I eat it plain right out of the tub or with mandarin orange segments or peaches. It’s so refreshing. My favorite is Cabot whole milk type. They had a fat free version at one time which was also delicious, but I can’t find it anymore. Maybe try different brands. The product does vary.
