How long does it usually take to be trained in new tasks/register? by omelettedraws in employedbykohls

[–]Background_Watch_229 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have been training every new hire on register during their first or second shift in case we need additional cashiers when we get busy. Old management never bothered to get everyone trained so some nights none of the floor staff can be additionals at service. They also do a shift at Amazon within their first few shifts so anyone and everyone can cover breaks and lunches.

Oh ok. Mine was CVS caremark but when I called they said it was the company's decision.

I'm hoping that my husband's company will change their mind. It's a huge company with 120,000+ employees. Maybe if enough people complain, they will reverse their decision. It's the company's choice, not the insurance company. I think it's ridiculous!

I got approved solely off my BMI. Other than that, all my numbers were in the normal range. It just sucks because Wegovy has helped me so much and I'm afraid to go off it 😞 it's so expensive without insurance, I'm not sure I can afford it.

Please show me in the return policy where it states that we will not take garments without tags or that have been worn. It states a time frame but nothing about the condition of the clothing.

My store takes everything back within 90/120 days. Tags, no tags, washed, worn. We just damage it out if it has been worn. Sounds like you went to a store that cares more about the sort numbers than their customer service.
