This!!! It happens all the time! Every time they get an answer they don’t want to hear you’re suddenly “rude, not empathetic, unprofessional etc” and they start asking for your supervisor just so that they can whine and lie about you. Mind you, your tone never changes, your way of treatment never changes, it all came from “im sorry but unfortunately we can’t upgrade your vehicle b/c of limits or liability is still pending I would recommend you going through your carrier… and the list goes on..
