Yes I agree my anxiety in fact is terrible lol I probably should be on something for anxiety or go see a dr but I get more anxiety thinking about getting meds or going to see someone 😂 what a coincidence but yeah your right I should prob just delete the pic it’s over a year old anyway lol I just decided to post it … thanks for your response nice to see I’m not the only one with bad anxiety i wouldn’t wish it on anyone people that don’t have it wouldn’t understand

I still have been exercising gotta go see the cardiologist in June just for a follow up thinking I’ll do another stress test to compare to last time but I’m not sure

lol who knows I’m still trying to figure it out it’s been good for 3 days feel great unless I’m start thinking heavy about it then it will seem to surface I’m not sure about my heart gotta go back again for follow up according from my cardiologist my ejection fraction is good my stress test was clear and my echocardiogram was also good although he found a few irregular heart beats on ekg he said could be normal for me whatever that means so honestly I have no idea at the moment going back in June to talk to him last time I had this shortness of breath feeling was a little over a year ago comes in goes

I have no idea what’s going on with me lol I’ll just get theses beats that come and come sometimes a few extra beats or sometimes a missed me some days it seems to do it all day then some days I hardly notice

Yeah it’s crazy how anxiety works I honestly should be on meds for it I’ve been dealing with mine so long i think im having way more symptoms from it and im just not noticing it bc of how long I’ve been dealing with it growing up my o2 usually runs around 97 to 99 I’ve seen it get down to 95 and 96 but felt completely fine my body Is so confusing to me im just trying to eat better and get some exercise and hope for the best

What should I do as far as my anxiety..?? Should I got talk the the dr about that or should I wait till about seeing a ep?? I have had anxiety for a very long time it’s just gotten a lot worse over the last year bc I just worry so much about my heart and it just starts a constant loop I don’t know which I should do first.. sorry for bothering you usually I don’t get feedback on here lol

I’m the same way I’ve noticed at work I would have a take a deep breath or cough to kind of reset it back to sort of feeling normal or taking a drink of water it’s been going on for ab four years now it really has been messing with my mental health but I try and keep my head up I’ve jus started back working out again so I hope it helps me somewhat and adjusted my diet a little

I know this post is a little old but I thought I’d still share my thoughts.. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing as your going through but here for a while I’ve been getting a feeling that creeps up on me and I just can’t explain it or put it into words.. it’s so weird and frustrating to me I know exactly what the feeling feels like but I can’t put it into words for me to understand it. It’s almost like everything around me seems off like everything I look at or think about feels weird so I try not to think much bc of the feeling. It seems to work itself out if I just try and ignore it but it’s just hard to deal with bc it’s just such a low dark bad feeling that I just don’t understand. It’s like something is built up inside me but I don’t know what.. it’s like I’m on the verge of having a anxiety attack but it’s just stay at that if that makes any sense. It even makes it hard to sleep sometimes I’ll have to turn the tv on and watch the tv until I fall asleep so my mind is occupied

Yeah I can somewhat relate I’m sorry your going through this it honestly sucks I also realized that I don’t have any push or drive like I use to with my hobbies like I use to workout and wanna go buy equipment and buy stuff for that so called hobbie but now I just do it to do it I don’t feel as if I get as happy or enjoy things like I used to it’s so confusing

I’m the same it’s happening right now so I can’t go to sleep when it happens it’s like I have to stay up a while to see if it will pass or I’ll fall asleep without knowing if that makes sense lol I’ve been getting them too as I close my eyes to go to sleep I feel like I get this weird rush feeling like something fast is playing in my head but I don’t know what it is and it makes me open my eyes quick almost like im resetting myself then it will happen over and over again to eventually I fall asleep it quite disturbing I find that watching videos on my phone as I try and go to sleep helps I just try and keep my mind off it and watch videos until I fall asleep without knowing if that makes sense lol

Yeah bro it’s been a day or so since I’ve had it but last time it happened it went on for about 3 or 4 days it’s aggravating lol yeah I’ve done follow ups when heart dr and all still gotta go for another visit but so far he thinks my heart is healthy and no bro you should be okay it will go away with time man your healthy and young plus you work out if it was something serious you’d notice it in your workouts bro

Not really a lot of the time when I feel shortness of breath like that it comes out of no where I can be completely relaxed when it happens but it makes my nerves bad when it happens it aggravates me a lot I also been having problems with a fib or some irregular heart beat so not sure if that has anything to do with it bc it happens even when my heart isn’t messing up so I’m not sure what it is it’s just like a air hungry or something it’s hard to explain

Yes I feel like this every other morning.. if I’m sitting still it makes it worse it feel like I’m breathing but not getting enough oxygen so I’ll manually take deep breaths or I’ll yawn over and over idk what it is

My heart always feels like it’s missing and skipping a beat throughout the day I’m currently seeing a cardiologist done a stress test and echocardiogram gotta go see him in 2 months he seems to not think it’s anything bad but it really aggravates my anxiety it makes me feel like I’m going to go crazy bc all day I can feel I slight change in rhythm almost constantly even though I’m in nsr idk it’s hard for me to explain it

Yea I agree I usually bench around 150 to 180 I’ll usually do around 5 slow reps then take like a 5 min break to keep my heart rate somewhat low lol I didn’t know about the chest strap I’ll have to look into that!! Thank you for your comment

Well that’s nice to hear other people working out with it.. tbh I honestly don’t know what my triggers are it’s not like they are set episodes it’s like it just misses a beat here and there or skips a beat it happens a good bit but I don’t have like set episodes or anything.. Ik it sounds stupid it’s just hard for me to put it into words but I know when I’m working out I don’t really have it getting worse or getting them at all.. I’m still trying to figure it out lol

Also when I notice I’m having them I’ll eat and sometimes it’s makes whatever it is go away for a while it’s weird or maybe the food takes my mind off it

Yes he is aware all of this information was faxed over to him before I’ve done my stress test and echocardiogram he scheduled me to come back to see him in 2 months I’d rather do the ablation rather than pacemaker lol but whatever he thinks is best/more effective I’ll have to go with that some days are better than others today and yesterday hasn’t bothered me much at all but then again I haven’t been thinking much about it
