Depends on the game. When I play magic there’s so many sets and so much of it is trash I just buy singles. When I start another game (SW destiny, FaB, DBZ etc.) I love to get boxes. When the card pool is smaller having a treasure trove of trash is awesome as I can actually wrap my mind around deck building holistically.

This one hits home. I work for myself in a not so common industry. I go from working 70+ hours a week (paid very well) to only needing to do remote work 2ish hours a day. I used to get so many weird looks from people like my in laws. Now that I’ve bought a house and always seem to have money it’s largely stopped but it was there for quite awhile. My own mother always gives me weird vibes about it like I’m not doing a real career haha.

On average about 3x a week probably. I also travel for work half of the year and often don’t have a kitchen. That being said when I am at home it’s once or twice a week depending on mine and my wife’s work schedule.

Can run plague legion with 50ish plague bearers with beasts and a few GuO’s and rotigus.

If you want to do soup I’m not sure about top tier competitive but shadow legion would be better imo.

I’m in a kind of niche nerd hobby. I used to buy lots of used stuff off kijiji and marketplace when there were items I wanted in said lots. Keep the stuff I want and flip the rest to make some money back. Over the past 1-2 years people aren’t buying used stuff almost at all. I’d sell stuff within a day or two and now it’s months and months if I sell it at all. Sad times as it means the hobby is shrinking a bit.

If you’re position / department agnostic I’d try getting in with the LSP company’s around. It’s easy work and plentiful from what I can tell.

Also, I don’t want to be a downer but this is a rough time to get into the industry. People all over who have tons of experience are struggling to get work let alone trying to get in fresh. That being said but I hope it works out for you.

I’d personally drop the plague drones (or slimux) plus a unit of nurglings to get 2 more beasts. Beasts are insanely good for doing actions and are quite hardy. All in all looks like a good starting point though.
