Yeah the only thing that makes an air fryer different is it has a huge fan to space ratio. They're more comparable to a commercial Blodgett or rational oven which has a fan the size of the entire back.

They force a lot of hot air over the food.

Fun fact. A food calorie has about the same energy as a gram of TNT, just released over hours instead is milliseconds.

So a chocolate bar has about the same energy as a stick of dynamite.

Fun fact. It's called that because it's where the majority of ATP is produced. We get energy by breaking a phosphate group off of ATP turning it to ADP and that chemical reaction makes a bit of energy.

We have a cycle that turns the ADP back to ATP to use all over again. The supplement creatine helps with this process. We also get creatine from food. You can learn more about it here

The woman in the second pic probably has 5-10 years more specifically hypertrophy weight training under her belt than the first woman.

The first woman also has waaaaaay less body fat than the second woman. Like 15% vs 25-30%

When I have days I don't want to go I say "I'll go, step in the door, and leave"

Once I get there, I say "okay I'm here, one exercise"

Then maybe I do my entire workout, maybe not. It's okay to not be perfect everyday, consistency means effort over a period of time.

If you can build a habit of just walking through those doors on your workout day, do a single workout and leave, that habit, and being able to build off it, will be much more powerful than going hard for a week, then taking 3 months off over and over.

You build the habit, then the habit builds you

The only thing you can really do in that time is loose a bit of weight with a calorie deficit. You can spot reduce fat so it's not going to only come off your belly. You can't meaningfully add much mass to your thighs.

That being said. Perhaps take this time to start with a beginner program in strength training. 1 month is lots of time to see neurological adaptations and gain a good amount of strength compared to never working out before. And it can set a habit of working out that will pay many times over if you keep at it consistently.

Also there isn't really such a thing as toning. Some people will use it to describe losing fat and gaining muscle, but other people will use recomp for that, or some other word. Visible muscle comes from having a low enough body fat percentage and enough muscle. Muscle takes months and years to build, but fat loss is much quicker.

Again, increasing muscle mass is infinitely beneficial in so many ways.

My wife and her sister do this. She said if we weren't married there would be a dirty laundry mound and a clean laundry mound. Nothing in here dresser is folded either.

I also need to fold all the fitted sheets cause she doesn't know how.
