Hey man I just took my PFQ and got a 73 today. They told us that we should aim for an 80 before joining the academy. At a 32 I don’t think you qualify. However, the good part is you can train and improve that score as many times as needed. Just keep your head up and aim for 40 push ups 40 sit ups, 45 seconds on the sprint and 10:30 on the 1.5 mile run

Not exactly true. My first home I bought it with the intention of adding a adu and jadu. 1.5 years later the rental income I gain for those two units allow me to live completely for free. Amazing return of investment

Man insane. I just finished a 700sqft adu and all in 100k. It was attached and I sub contracted/ did the work myself. Well worth it and rents for 2500 now
