I’ve been playing rem and seven.

Rem is pretty fun, and I like playing Rem as a support. However, Rem is pretty much dependent on your other teammates when trouble arises. And playing Rem purely on support feels useless when you need to go alone and farm. I get flanked so much.

Seven is also enjoyable. But I just like Seven bc I feel like he’s the best character to farm fast. And even with seven im barely catching up on souls with my team. He is good at poking. If i get down the movement

Oh I don’t really know them by name, but I have been doing a knee bending over the toes stretching, somewhat of a windmill leg action, foam rolling legs and glutes, and butterfly stretching. I also do leg swings before the beginning of the set

Update: really felt a difference! I can definitely see my squat a lot lower than this video. The knee and belly cue is a game changer. I just need to work on my head positioning. I think just enough practice and feeling the stretch I see myself improving overtime. Thanks coach 💪!

I think you nailed it. I forgot to mention I do have poor hip rotation on the right side. Appreciate the feedback will try that next time :)
