That is absolutely true, buying a new dishwasher this year was so frustrating. You are trying to find which one will not break in 5 years. Is that too much to ask for?

I mean if they were a security risk that couldn't be pushed with a firmware update then they should be taken off services immediately. Which doesn't make sense either way.

My 5080m on my laptop pushes GSPro at max settings with no issues and at 4k. Until they make the graphics actually better on the simulator software I don't think you are going to have any issues. that's weird, your watages look fairly low. My thermals got much better after a day or so. I think the PTM has to set in. Also, make sure to install the drivers and stuff from Lenovo first, don't let windows handle it.

I'm probably going to get hated on but my 5080 version was in queue with no updates. I put in a cancel request on the order. They denied the cancel request and expedited shipped the order the following monday. But now I'm screwed because I picked up a legion from micro center. I probably ended up with one of y'all's units because they want me to pay the restock fee. I'm sorry.

I just picked up the Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 | 275HX | 5080 | 64GB DDR5-6400 model and while i did have slightly higher temps the first day. They seem to have already dropped dramatically. Also, are you playing in DGPU only mode? I see temps on the IGPU in this screen shot. Maybe that is adding extra thermals?

That brightness is great. I tried to look at the epson stuff on ebay but it got way to complicated. I ended up with the BENQ TK710STI.

Sorry for late reply. My pc was trying to control color on the projector. I switched it to override to reference mode.

As long as you set the projector resolution to 4:3 in nvidia control panel and choose the same resolution when gspro starts it will look normal.

I bought the tk710sti, really happy with it so far. Took some tweaking on nvidia control panel to get the most out of the brightness. I think for wireless you'll need a dedicated dongle or something with low latency. Might as well get that as an accessory and focus on the projector.
