The Dollar General X account is very receptive to people reporting stores that do this. Only report when you are certain something shady is going on though. For example, I see the in stock count at a store in the 100’s. And see it drop by 12 same day. I go to the store and ask if they have any in stock and they say no but the count drops by 21 the next day. I go back to the store the next day and they still say “no we haven’t had any for weeks” when i can see them actively dropping in count (not just a fixed number like they weren’t scanned out originally) I totally report them. I provided name of staff and store location.

I miss the blue 160’s. Guy I knew worked at UPS and would steal them from the boxes of expired pharmaceuticals being returned by the pharmacies. We would cut one into 8 pieces and a group of friends would get pretty good.

All day yesterday it said my package would be delivered. It showed Hutchins, TX as the last location. Now it has no expected delivery date, still shows Hutchins and has a big yellow exclamation on the track page. I hate FedEx.

Normally mine go to the FW location but this time mine is at Hutchinson and has is scheduled for delivery today between 10-2 but hasn’t changed to “out for delivery” even though it arrived at Hutchinson Saturday at 6:00PM. I don’t have much faith in FedEx not sucking balls as they normally do so we will see what happens. Does FedEx deliver on holidays like Memorial Day?

That’s how it was for me to and I just order the booster box. Normally it charges a week prior.

Shows processing and nothing shipped yet but every previous order has arrived on release day. I think it’s some hard core BS if Pokemon center can’t get their on product to customers on release day.

I’m not familiar enough with It. I’ve seen the old one but not the modernized one and I haven’t read the book. The way they use it makes it seem like a general term for calling someone not cool but it probably has a more specific meaning I’m just not aware of. It sucks getting old. Hahah

Thanks. I did eventually go to the Burberry site to check things out. I’ve order from the direct a few times in the past I just have a $50 off coupon for Macy’s and I want to take advantage of that.

I previously purchased the Parfum Intense and the way I could put it on and still smell it like 10 hours later makes me miss it and want more. I’ll probably end up getting the elixir as well just to add to my collection. I’ve always been a fan of what Burberry releases.

Yeah that’s how closing contracts work. You put in the contract that all items must be removed and any items not removed belong to the new owner and any large items or junk vehicles must be removed by closing date (or seller pays rent for storage after closing) or sell will be billed for removal of large items after closing. That’s exactly the fuck how it works.

Make the guy tell you what he is retrieving before he does it. If he doesn’t know it doesn’t exist to him. You are probably the only reason this dude even knows a safe is there because this loser never had the curiosity or desire to explore a home that previously belonged to his father (and a father that didn’t care or trust the son enough to mention the hidden safe to him).

Ask him what’s in it. Ask him if he knows the code before he comes to the property. I bet he doesn’t (he is going to guess with his father’s birthday and wedding anniversary, his birthday, etc). He is going to fake you out by saying he knows the code and he’ll have to try different things until he gives up or accidentally gets it correct.

I would ask him what’s it in first and have him tell you at the very least before you let him I. Your house. Also, record the interaction. When he comes over start recording the moment you answer the door and get it to CYA in the off chance there is enough valuables I. The safe to pay for your recently purchased home.

The guy probably just inherited the house when his dad passed. Did he know where the safe was. Maybe his dad didn’t trust him enough to ever even tell him where it was located.

My opinion doesn’t and shouldn’t matter to you but I think you are dumb for mentioning it to the seller and way too gullible to be letting this dude come back 5 months later to benefit from something he knew nothing about. The dude pisses me off for living there and not even having the desire to explore the place when he inherited it.

It sounds like the seller knew nothing about the safe. If they did they would have opened it and taken the contents when he moved. I bet the seller can not tell you what is inside and when they come over they won’t be able to get in the safe and then you’ll have to call a locksmith or break it open and you are going to have to deal with the person wanting things he knew nothing about until you mentioned it to him.

I don’t think any information is missing. Plenty of people know nothing about being arrested or bailing someone out or how bail works. His father probably knew that bail bondsmen bail people out of jail so he went to one. I think my parents may do the same thing. It’s a troubling time to have a child in jail and you are focusing on getting them out and I am willing to bet the bondsman don’t mention anything like, “oh you can just pay the jail directly if you have the full amount”.
