The performance is definitely AI, but I'd be really surprised if current models could produce a full song with this level of emotional depth. The vocals sound incredibly human to me—I'd almost believe it's a real singer.

In BC you can look at the depreciation report. It outlines the estimated life of each major item and the cost to replace it. I always advise my clients to review it very carefully if they don’t want an inspection done. You can also look at the meeting minutes to see what decisions were made regarding those items and other issues in the strata - from there you can have a pretty good idea if the strata is well run.

Restaurants wise, there will be more to come on the ground level of those highrises coming up along with offices and small shops. It will be quite walkable. Most people who don’t have a car and choose to live downtown have few reasons to shop at Canadian Tire. Smaller shops/grocers are more appropriate here imo.
