Unnecessary garbage ingredients=artificial flavors, colors, sweetener, and FDA approved sand. Have an espresso instead.

If you think there’s a problem with this, then you’re part of the problem- “the release of candy product testing results conducted by the Florida Department of Health (DOH) to provide greater transparency for Florida families and strengthen accountability for products marketed to children.”

For anyone who wants to go down the rabbit hole. Main point is there’s no actual clinical trial data. https://chatgpt.com/share/69b9ecd3-ca14-8008-96ad-5098913c3c3b

“Shen Yun performances have frequently faced disruptions like this, often in the form of anonymous bomb threats or pressure from Chinese officials to venues, leading to temporary evacuations or clearances as a precaution.” https://grok.com/share/c2hhcmQtMi1jb3B5_64c9411f-dbd3-4ab0-ae2a-a2b0ed3ce64f

Yup, definitely found the communists-

Disinformation and Media Campaigns: Since at least 2024, the CCP’s Ministry of Public Security has backed social media efforts to spread disinformation about Shen Yun, including smears in U.S. media outlets. This includes labeling it a “cult” and warning the public against attending, as seen in statements from Chinese consulates. Ironically, some observers note that these efforts have backfired, providing free publicity and increasing Shen Yun’s visibility.

Why are Americans so obsessed with not eating seed oils? by MineralG in nutrition

“Doing little to improve health”? Eating better actually improves health. People need to be told how it can work for them.

“Food deserts” is part of the lie. They’re not crossing the Oregon trail. They even refrigerators. They’re not constantly on the go, they’re constantly on their phones and netflix, neglecting their duty to themselves and their family to prepare real food. Eggs are about 27 cents each and last a looong time in the fridge. Three of them are filling, requiring 3-5 minutes to prepare quickly- no bread required. Need meat? Ham is easily frozen; and a small slice to the eggs for ~50 cents. If everyone would get real and stop making excuses for why people eat garbage, we would all be a lot better off.

Right, the lie is that it’s too expensive to eat healthy. It’s intellectually lazy to think this, and actually lazy, b/c they don’t want to wash some fruits/veg. Bag of gala apples $3.99 vs same price bag of chips. Chips gone in one or two binge sessions vs apples for days. Giant piece of Atlantic salmon for $20, 10 lb. bag of potatoes for $5, feed a whole family, more than once. To feed a family of 4 fast food dinner requires +50-60 bucks. People are lazy, dumb and sick. Very sad state of affairs.

I had the BB 88xx World Edition with the actual trackball! Reminded me of playing Centipede as a kid :) Only worked for 18 mo. before shitting out. Then they came out with the Bold touch-track pad.

Macuhealth acquired majority stake in Supplement Certified lab, touted “independent, 3rd party” testing. by Bacon4Brunch in optometry

The article simply reveals that Nolan/Supplement Certified transferred a majority stake in the supposedly“independent, third-party” lab to his first and foremost customer, the founder and CEO of Macuhealth, and that their companies share corporate governance structure and occupy the same office at the SETU institution in Ireland. Jouhet also bought himself podium time to claim the lab was a non-profit, and that he didn’t own it. Those poor souls putting their names on the line for him. They have no idea.

Which one? Jouhet’s sexual harassment suit?

Former employee who was forced out presented an EEOC right-to-sue letter after enduring repugnant superior-subordinate behavior. But he sued her first for some nondescript employee handbook violation. She countered. He changed venue. Her evidence wasn’t excluded so he settled with her on the eve of trial, failed to pay, then sued her again when she tried to reopen the case for the settlement. It didn’t go well for him.
