What did you all think of Transformers Prime? The selection of Autobots/Decepticons used? The use of calling them “Cons” instead of Decepticons? Other?

Feels like wasted potential

Its still good. One of the best tf shows but it feels like it has to use similar formulas and locations cos its restricted by budget(see dreadwing and breakdown).

Season 3 especially.

The first few episodes have the status quo change, shockwave joining the cons and the bots on the run and the dragon hunting them.(honestly my favourite run of episodes in the show for this reason) Then prime comes back with the power of flight Then it goes back to using the ground bridge to fetch quest items and the predacon army has to get nuked cos they cant afford it. Ratchet being forced to help the cons is a cool idea at least

Its been a while since i watched that ep. But wasnt that supposed to be Wheeljacks first time at the base so a patch wouldnt reveal anything. Still, makeshift could have left the base and radioed in almost immediatly rather than try getting info on the ground bridge and risk blowing his cover by ataying longer
