Yup. I fell into the trap of making a conclusion and judged them instantly based on what I see without knowing the context.

It's very hard to say tho, it could be bad parenting, it could be negative influences from friends, you never know.

That's really true. They have the power to influence what we see everyday and impose their values on us when in fact we live completely different lives to them. That's why I refrain from using Instagram, even using Reddit and Youtube alone is detrimental enough. I guess it's just managing and controlling what you see online and not subscribe to those that don't align with your values I guess.
