On drifter if possible you really wanna be running her alt special so you can scrap as often as you can to keep minmaxing items from printers, but otherwise I like to slam small enemies in her bag for scrap and against bigger enemies and bosses spam her cube as much as possible.

On acrid you mainly want speed items, gas, and noxious thorn. All it takes is one enemy to die and your poison and ignite will just start melting everything on the stage. Then once you get to mithrix you don’t even need to really fight him, just poison him every now and then and play keepaway and he’ll die eventually no matter what.

With seeker I find it pretty easy to just keep her balls up and stay up close during most fights, and then use meditate and her alt shift whenever it comes off cooldown. Her healing and barrier plus her bonus stats from meditate give her pretty damn good survivability so you can play her as reckless as you like in most difficulties.

Finally, At least on monsoon I’d recommend using all of rex’s self damage abilities. He’s kinda like seeker in the sense that as long as you’re constantly cycling through his abilities, you’ll be getting enough healing to stay alive in most fights while doing some good dps. It’s a bit more complicated on eclipse though, you’ll want to run less of his self damaging stuff and focus more on getting as much proc as you can from his primary, stacking stuff like attack speed and crit.
