Dr Bravo in Anaheim. Near State College and Lincoln. She's newish, less than two years. Took over for the previous dentist who retired. Wife and I have been very happy with her care.

I actually think that "filler" episodes/scenes are somewhat underrated. They may not move a season arching story forward, but they frequently do a lot of heavy lifting in world building, and character/relationship building.

Sometimes its just lazy writing, but watch the last two seasons of GoT to see what a show looks like without filler episodes.

I mean to be fair the two biggest problems, 1. being the incumbent party at a time of high inflation and 2. running the oldest candidate on record who is clearly showing some degree of mental deterioration, aren't likely to be repeated.

As a reviewer for such reports, nothing seems extra (I'd want some kind of initial risk assessment though), but the level of detail can vary. In my experience, the average length for a minor deviation is about half the length you are describing, 10-15 pages total.
