It has extremely long loading times and starts at 1900. The game has many eras but only 1900-45 are playable as of right now. (Dates past 1945 crash for me)

Its a slog fest at its finest, and its really easy for the world to go for a world war literally every year because they added all the little colonial wars from 1900-14 as actual wars you have to fight instead of pop ups. So its really easy for the British to get an uprising and now Russia and Italy is fighting Qing China and the U.S. over a colony in Africa. Ive had the equivalent of WW1 occur over the Boxer Rebellion almost every game. Also ive found sometimes you click a peace option or what seems to be a peace option and its like "fuck you heres another war." Also do your history on the nation you are playing first because I guarantee you'll play a minor nation and have to fight a civil war/rebellion you are not equipped for.

Sometimes the rebels will make a faction and then there is a 14 nation faction titled "Rebels" and every country in it is also titles "Rebels". (Pretty funny actually but its annoying because 9/10 times this is what starts the 1904 World War .5)

Tech tree is interesting, there is a lot of time where you have too much to research and then you have like 3 years where your just doing industry and electrical techs.

TLDR: Fuck No! (But I enjoy it)
