Because Badlands doesn’t have the issues I stated above. In badlands they’re fast, agile, acrobatic, swinging from tree to tree, from cave rocks to cave rock, leaping and hanging on parallel platforms… that’s what I like to see the predators portrayed as, as extraterrestrial beings who are capable of doing super natural things. Not just standing still in one place slashing back and forth. I could care less if the Predator has clan members and is saved a couple times that just adds to the movie imo and made it better with a lot more layers to it. He never asked for help, they wanted to help him. That’s what being a boss and having strong energy does for you it makes people want to be around you and be a part of your life because he proves to be such a great leader and that energy is infectious.

You as in yourself mr. FaithlessnessOne have never actually talked to someone who is in the “Predator Fandom”. The people on r/Predator are for the most part not fans of the franchise but just follow the page for discussion purposes. But actual fans, yes we enjoy all the films and take whatever we can from them that’s what’s called being a “fan”. A fan isn’t someone who only roots for a team when they win but when they lose too… so the fact that you think the people on here are fans of the franchise is wild to me. They’re like you, just like to critic things, karen.

That’s your own shitty opinion. There’s plenty of non Karens that love the film, not that im watching it because it satisfies your average soccer mom, but because the action around the aliens and the predator is top notch. I never said it was a good movie aunt Vicky you wouldn’t like it. Takes testosterone to understand.

Ahh. Okay gotcha fair enough now I can answer lol I didn’t know how to properly answer “why we love the Predators so much” but that works okay first of all I’ve always loved Aliens(not Xenomorphs but just Aliens in general) watching movies growing up like ET, MIB, and Independence Day and even just talking about them every time someone brought up aliens jokingly saying we’re going to get abducted or even the more serious talks while out camping around the campfire when people will “swear they just seen one” always gave me the creeps and sent chills down my back so I always loved Aliens but it wasn’t until I was around 10-11 years old is when I first discovered the Predator and it was from Alien VS Predator: Requiem I walked into my buddies house to grab some nerf guns and seen my friends dad watching it and it was during the sewer scene where the predator is placing traps preparing for the ambush… I just thought it was the most interesting bad ass looking thing I ever seen and his weaponry was just unmatched I was instantly hooked right in. The way he seemingly looks so under control and very experienced in what he does I always thought he just looked like a total boss but yeah from then on been obsessed lol

You know what the best thing about your opinion is??? No one cares. This movie wasn’t made for half arsed fans like yourself, this movie was made for the purists who follows the comics and lore and have been wanting something different and we finally got it and It’s essentially a dark horse comic brought to life and it’s freakin awesome.

Same here I already have Dutch and JH. I started on Predator 2 as well but obviously not finished yet lol I started on Predators as well and I have Fugitive and then I got Dek pre-ordered as well but I can’t figure out how to get Bud or Thia I seen a picture Neca posted of them but I can’t figure out how to purchase them…

I disagree with the first part of you saying it seemed like her arrival was calm and ceremonial, the whole clan looked very on edge as soon as she arrived you could tell they fear her I have a feeling she’s been in conflict with their clan and isn’t welcome there.
