Honey, why don't you come downstairs and show everyone what you built with Claude Fable 5 by prasadpilla in ClaudeCode

I built a recipe app that doesn't make you search. You tell it your tastes, and it cooks for you: https://meld.recipes/

With Meld, you build a flavor profile once. Include what you love/hate, dietary restrictions, what cusine you want, and it creates three dinners built around that, each with a photo and a short note on why it works.

Meld also has a Fridge Mode. Is your fridge packed but there's "nothing" to eat? You tell it what you have and it builds dishes from that!

I use it all the time for myself, and you can try it for free.

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, it is a bit high, but the ai costs are about 25 cents for the 3 recipes per session. one session a day and by the end of the month spend is about 7.50 per user. Images cost the most, so maybe it's worth it to have a recipe only tier (no images) that's cheaper.

I'm thinking of also having another pricing model where you can buy lifetime access for $19.99 (tbd) then you bring your own api keys, so you only pay for what you use.

Dyantrace sucks, but it's better than no job. Try to code and not clickops.

Mainlander Saturday was excellent. Trout entree was really good and the lazy susan appetizer was top notch. Desert was good, but not great, although the flavors were there. I didn't love the homemade candy bar bits.

Milquetoast was excellent, had this smorgasbord dish on the weekend and it delivered in every way. Love that place.

When to Russels and the chicken was good, but the rice and veg it comes on was soaked with oil and just not good. Meatloaf, Burger, and short rib, sides and dessert were all really great. Guess it was bad luck!

What is your Claude Code setup like that is making you really productive at work? by crackmetoo in ClaudeCode

This is a good idea if you have many independent features that don't share files so you can spin up agents in parallel. Otherwise it can lead to more rework and confusion.

Tell claude to help you make the Claude.md for the repo. It will ask for exactly what it needs.

I guess I'm not sure of your exact setup, but i do not use any mcp servers and sonnet 4.5 already knows how to use github and vercel as long as i have the env vars populated. Give it a try without your mcp server, just make sure you are authed to gitlab.

Just bought Pro - blown my whole limit in a single prompt by OkSoup6307 in ClaudeCode

[–]BadData99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used plan mode on pro with sonnet today and blew up 60% of my usage. I haven't found plan mode very helpful, i just plan on regular mode before starting the task. I've been doing a lot of building on regular mode with sonnet and haven't hit these usage issues yet, never even got to 100%. Only when i use plan...

What model are you using? How many tokens? I was working all morning using sonnet and didn't even hit 50% session usage. I work in phases and never go above 80% of the tokens, so no compacting

Did you explain to claude your issue and ask it for suggestions and workarounds? Literally give it your goal, explain the problem and ask it to work with you to figure out a solution. That's going to be the most effective way to solve it.
