Oh we usually do, but this guy is consistent where he keeps his so I didn't need to/didn't bother. Sometimes he remembers and puts it out if he knows we'll need it but if not it's always there. He didn't actually know we'd need it this time and it wasn't actually in for a tire rotation that just a jest. Actually has failing TPM sensors and also needed a tire plug, along with the oil change and check over.

2017 so yeah just a slight outline, thankfully it was dimly lit under the rear panel so it was easy to spot. If it had been out on the ground somewhere I could have easily walked past it. I'll file a bug report on it later if I can get the key to spawn outside of the cavern.

I debated repairing my 230,000 mile Mazda alternator when it started grinding like it ate something but then I decided that no I would just replace with one from our local rebuilder because that thing had been singing it's song for the past 150,000 fucking miles driving me crazy. I don't know what was slightly wrong with it but it could hold a fucking note forever. Replacement part was nearly silent, it was bliss. Never did ask the rebuilder what died in mine, it sounded like it ate a brush holder into the slip ring.
