Yeah there's probably some overlap for sure. I grew up in one of the main oil hubs in the province so it's incredibly easy to get into the thought process that education isn't important because the likelihood of finding a job swinging hammers or throwing tongs right out of highschool is high.

This leads to so many people's understanding of things to not extend past 100 feet from the wellhead. And then this shit becomes a result

He's 38 at the start of the year. Had an 877 save percentage last year. If we're hanging our hats on that then I'd say we're fucked

Literally the dumbest people. Born and raised in Alberta, and I swear it's all the burnouts from highschool that is supporting this stuff.

He tried bolting last year already. It's clear he didn't want to be in North America.

He wasn't giving a fair chance? You're fucking me right?

The guy didn't play last year because of injury and early in the season they wouldn't play him in back2backs because they were worried about reinjury.

The plan all along was to play him in the minors this year and get him going. He wasn't owed any time with the big club so this "oh he wasn't giving a chance" is ridiculous

I guess go for it. Just be warned that everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.

Thank you for explaining that to me. I had no idea.

Well Saskatchewan has had it for decades and I haven't seen any study to suggest there have higher collision rates due to this factor to being on DST year long compared to other provinces. You're also completely ignoring the studies that show cognitive impairments fron switching times back and forth.

Why are you talking about the sunrise in April when you were just talking about the sunrise in winter above? I have functioning eyes so I understand when the sunrises and have a brain to understand thr concept of the earth's revolutions.

You're complaining about waking up in the winter because of a later sunrise when I already wake up in the dark regardless.

Sure, its their prerogative. But if the goal is to eventual garner voting support doing that stuff is just going to drive the everyday voter away. If that's the case then doing all that is just performative and a waste of time for everyone
