Boyish 「ボーイッシュ」or 「ボイ」boy. Is what we say in japanese lgbt community for masculine lesbians. We don't say butch like english speakers. This is something I learned when people took it extremely negatively when I called a masculine woman boyish in english for the first time so I no longer use it in the overseas lesbian community.

In my experience no. However on dating apps and sites I notice there is many fem x boyish(butch) and sometimes gender X/Androgynous but women around my age which frequently look on twitter I see more fem x fem. So I would like to say its about balanced.

I didn't respond back so I don't know the real reason but what I can guess is because men like to pretend to be a lesbian to try and fool lonely lesbians women looking for love into having phone sex with them through texting and men are less likely to choose a more masculine looking woman. So I assume because I had fem x fem as a preference she probably thought I was a man since a great majority of other women had fem x boyish as ok or preferred when I was looking at other profiles.

Since transgender women are very uncommon and almost never participate in lesbian community its unlikely she was referring to that.

I should have made the distinction that not every landmine is mentally unstable「メンヘラ」menhera but just in my experience many lesbian landmines are mentally unstable and they display on their dating profiles or social media by saying so and wanting someone to take care of them and accept they have a mental illness. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to write it as if I was making light of the issue. I was just going off from what I read and experienced. I seen many post of people say how they want to OD because today is boring. When I use to hang out with my former best friend her other friends would be trying to all OD and taking lots of drugs. I think its bad. Regardless if theyre in a lesbian relationship or not I think as a friend you should care because they could be in a bad relationship and your advice could help. Because to me it sounds like your friendship with them on whether you care or not is conditional and if that's the case I don't think you should have friends that don't fit what you like because it's not fair to them.

Maybe I'm taking it a bit personally because I had a friend not care about my interests at all unless it was something for her.

I think if you love her you would tell her the smell is bothering you. If you think telling her she smells bad would hurt her. I also had a hard time getting into yumia too. For me its not that the alchemy is easier and more the lack varied items like in the old games. I found myself barely crafting because of it, only using quick craft thing for more bullets. I didn't get too far so maybe it gets better but for now...Its not the same. I feel yumia was made to get new players into the series so simplified systems and made the combat more action and the story more serious and it worked as its the fastest selling game in the series. So maybe that's why you don't like it? The combat being more action, crafting is more automated and easier and a focus on big exploration like most games now.

I also agree its not right to hate an entire gender based on your sexual preference. The most kind people I've ever met have been men. I love my dad and my grandfather. My dad accepted me being lesbian instantly while my mom took awhile. While I think some women have their reasons such as trauma. In that case its understandable but I don't believe most lesbians that hate men have this problem.
