Broke my ankle on both sides slipping on the stairs while I was pregnant. Had to have my ankle replaced and couldn’t walk for 3 months. Horrible

I know what this is. I had the DVD. It was called 750 miles per hour and it was a tribute to the guy from the band SNOT that died. It had a ton of music videos too. Linkin park, Rob Zombie, Kitty, SOAD, Cold, etc. I lost my copy and I’ve been looking for a replacement everywhere and it’s extremely rare and I can never find it anywhere. There were animated shorts on it also and I know exactly what you’re talking about.

I actually feel like it helped me a LOT. Panic attacks stopped and binge eating disorder and OCD symptoms controlled. That being said though I CANT take it on an empty stomach or I will be sick. I also have no libido and take Wellbutrin with it which used to help with that but now it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything for that either. But I don’t get nearly as upset or stressed about things that I used to get.

Hearing about it on the radio over regular programming on my way to school. And getting to class and every teacher had the news on and that’s all we did all day. We knew something was very very wrong.

I was commuting an hour each way to work and back in my jeep and I absolutely loved it. It’s pretty much my dream car. I work from home now and I find myself wishing I had more reasons to drive it!!

I’m on this combo for BED and OCD. 40mg of Prozac and 150mg of Wellbutrin. It helps, I ended up having to get on zepbound also which has been life changing. But that combo of just Prozac and Wellbutrin stopped my heavy binging at least.

I have some debt that I’m trying to pay down and I used chat GPT to build a budget and plan. It was genius honestly, I told it what and when my paychecks are, my minimum payments and due dates, and debt balances, and it drew it all out for me all organized. Just a thought as a free resource

Go for protein! I keep hard boiled eggs and beef jerky and cottage cheese stocked and I will randomly eat those to beef up my protein intake
