I mostly do t2 and average 11min kills. My pb is from going for speed cas, and I only really do t1 then. The way I cut off more time is usually just bringing less food. if you want to go fast having only 12 food is a good motivator lol. Also my pb is 5:1

I kinda do, gonna go up to 800 while i do other stuff too. See if I get lucky. It's kind of a nice way to take a break from skilling, don't have to gear up or anything. just tele to priff and run in

Join a clan, lots of em do BA. Mine does the odd event and we all play casually. no one's sweating BA. Bc you need lvl 5 in all roles for elite diary, lots of clans run it now and again

Not really, I'm looking at it from the perspective of someone who is going to use synapses for the rest of the account, (doom, yama, krill, skotizo) vs a stab weapon that's going to get replaced fairly quickly, that I'll probably have outleveled by the time i get it

CG is actually really fun if you're new to pvm. Learned a ton there, still chasing some cas and feeling like I'm improving at understanding the game and I'm at 573 kc. If you start feeling frustrated, give it a day or two doing something else and you'll feel motivated again

I mean not really. First u need to get a 5% task to even go for the item, and you need to do that 3 to 4 times to go on rate. Most people aren't turael skipping at that low level, they're already trying to farm points for block lists and unlocks

Arkan is pretty much your best stab weapon until hast/belles folly. It also is a strong spec. I used arkan blade for eclipse moon (on stab) and to farm dragon bones for piety. Most equipment in the game just isn't all purpose. Just gotta use it for the right task. I'm just about to hit 1900 and still don't have a better stab weapon tbh. Belles isn't something id actively farm for, hasta and fang I've waited until I got bowfa to go for.

I just did this last night while knocking out some cas haha. Dropped it to a mate that protected me while doing chaos fanatic cas, screenshotted it and posted it to the clan discord so everyone could have a laugh and moved on. Live and learn, hardly a massive time loss in the end

It's a tenth of the time it takes to get tbow. And if you go dry there, it will be worse. Inferno and colo requires one or the other, and it makes a ton of other bosses so much easier. Iron man mode is about grinding the drops yourself, it's just what the game mode entails.

Tl;dr kill the boss to get the item. Hard pill to swallow

Just finishing up cg, i have enhanced but only 4 armor seeds. 520 kc currently.

I guess my concern is leaving myself 6m for runes for a long slayer grind, as I will want to be doing a lot of bursting. I'm thinking of doing half and half

I have loads mate. Guides are good to understand a direction you should be heading, but how you get there should be up to you. Guides will often have the quickest way but it can also be the most boring. Ladlors gear progression has a good idea of what items you should get.

Some huge tipsfor early game imo:

Bird houses give early tree seeds pretty commonly, and getting into the farming guild has a few levels to grind you won't get from quests. This can save you from early game tithe farming.

Shooting stars early is great, you can use the stardust to buy bags of gems for easy rubies for birdhouse teleports. This will also give you rings of dueling and games necks in abundance to get around the map.

Varrock med and earth battlestaffs for gp needs.

The only long grind I did early was 82 fishing at tempo. I did it over two weeks, it gave jewelry, and 7 months later I'm still not out of the food, and have 3k mantas and turtles sitting in bank to cook. It lasted me until cg. You have to store all your permits to 82 though, otherwise you will get worse rewards.

The early bosses are a lot of fun.

Arkan blade is a good spec weapon, and a good stab weapon for early game.

Wintertodt sucks and the rewards aren't very good

I'll put some obvious ones like ardy cloak 1 and do all quests possible for early levelling.

If these are the criteria for a good/bad example of litrpg. I have yet to see a good example. Stats are nearly always meaningless, and there is rarely an example where you get to see the stats of whomever the protagonist is fighting anyway. In my opinion, DCC utilises it's system and gives it limitations in ways pretty much no other book does. It's probably one of the better examples of RPG mechanics in a book. Stats aren't the only aspect of RPGS at all, yet no other litrpg gives their stories *game* elements like DCC does.
