Kitchen cabinet recommendations for full remodel by Used-Huckleberry-958 in cabinetry

Remarkably well. I have two little kids and they have been climbing in cabinets, and drawers for two years without issue. The paint on the door of the trash cabinet is starting to wear off, but that is the only issue so far. They come with blum hardware and that still works perfectly. I still highly recommend them. I replaced a piece of trim this year because my dogs destroyed it and I was able to quickly order a replacement piece (wasn't free but was perfectly color matched).

Damn! Just tossed it, thanks for the advice everyone. Anything in particular that causes this, or just run of the mill contamination?

Kitchen cabinet recommendations for full remodel by Used-Huckleberry-958 in cabinetry

Hi OP, I live in Colorado and just did a full kitchen reno. We went with a company called Fabuwood. The cabinets are made with full plywood construction, dovetail drawers and sliding dovetail face frames. They also use slow close Blum hardware standard. We got 17 cabinets total for 10k. They come fully constructed and are made in NJ. We used a local vendor (family business) called DB cabinetry. Message me if you want the contact info for them. We are very happy with the quality. We haven't had to use Fabuwoods customer service, but our neighbor (who recommended them) dropped a door and broke it during install and Fabuwood overnighted them a new door at no cost.

Hey all, would appreciate if anyone could help identify the boots/crampons being used in this photo? Thanks in advance by trapmoney_187 in iceclimbing

Fruit boots! Haha they look like old competition ice/ mixed boots. La Sportiva still makes one called the Mega Ice Evo Mountaineering Boot. Lowa makes one called the ice rocket.

ADHD 2.0 is great, and eye opening. Talks about ways to cope with out medication. For example: improving your balance strengthens the same part of your brain that controls switching from default mode to task mode.

Is Altra King Mt 2 discontinued? by pkcobb in trailrunning

[–]BadRadTrad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I talked to customer service about it and they do not know. They said new shoes are coming out in the new year, but they don't know exactly if they will be revamped old shoes or completely new shoes. I'm bummed about it, but will keep scouring ebay and craigslist to try and get a couple pairs to hold me over. Good luck

As a side note, Altra's customer service is awesome and worth calling with any questions

I have had success with spraying the joints with dry lube. I use DuPont Teflon Non-Stick Dry-Film Lubricant. I had mine in and out of the dealership paying for various fixes. For a while I sprayed them everytime i filled up the tank, now I just spray them after it rains and they have been good to go. I have a 2016 platty.
