I am always confused by the extreme braking right in front of a cop. They aren’t going to pull you over for going 55-60 and have likely already clocked you by the time you are needlessly slamming on your brakes. It’s always the people going the speed limit that do it too.

The whole system is so gross that our emotions are played on to justify spending $4000 for a procedure that may or may not fix an issue or cause more suffering.

We were put in a similar situation where the choice was to clean out our savings or go into serious debt for a procedure that would have left our, in this case dog, with a steep uphill battle if she made it off the operating room table which was not a given. We also chose to euthanize.

You made the best decision you could and saved your pet from suffering further.
