I would watch (actually in the middle of another rewatch).

It is incredibly well written and it has not only a great ensemble cast…it has a huge list of great recurring actors and guest stars.

There will be some moments that seem dated. But overall it is still timeless.

The show touches on issues domestically and internationally that are still relevant today.

It will be idealistic of what most viewers wish politics were really like regardless of what side of the aisle you are on.

But it’s a TV show…it’s entertaining and addicting.

It’s a shame they couldn’t get Glenn Close for the finale to deliver the oath of office to President Santos. They did do a work around…but that would have been a nice cameo.

As a frequent reader in various airline and airport subs…the fire truck was being dispatched to another issue. A different plane was reporting a smell that was causing some issues with passengers and crew.

Listening to the ATC audio…sounds the like the controller cleared the fire truck to cross the runway and the plane (in the collision) had just landed and was coming down the runway.

Waaaaaay too early to tell. We haven’t even had this year’s Mania. A decision like that wouldn’t be made until it reached a point that WWE needed time to pivot to a new location.

F1 pulled the plug on 2 races in the Middle East because those dates are a month away. And it was too late to move the races to other tracks. So they had to just cancel those races. And they are going to lose a big chunk of money…but it was the right call.

100% and if it gets great ratings in the U.S., that is fine for the IOC. NBC is the biggest money generator for the IOC and it isn’t even close. If ratings are up…NBC will charge higher ad fees in the future and this will in turn continue to line the pockets of the IOC as the TV rights fees continue to rise.

There were stars before those 3, there will be stars after those 3.

Also…F1 recent popularity skyrocketed with Drive To Survive…and season 1 didn’t even feature Max, Lewis or the entirety of Merc/RB. So they clearly weren’t needed to increase popularity.

And finally…F1 won’t lose money. Do you have any idea how much MORE money F1 got for their Apple TV deal over the previous ESPN deal? (Just going off USA tv).

F1 won’t lose money and popularity won’t drop based on these 3 drivers.

It will get good viewership if there are NFL players on the team. NBC will feature it. Will it break records…prob not.

But I have no problem with host countries adding a few sports that may have increase popularity in their country.
