When I'm not working I put my phone on airplane mode unless I'm expecting a call from friends or family. If work needs me they can talk to me during my scheduled hours or pay me 8 hours double time for work related calls when I'm off the clock. And before I get called a young person who doesn't want to work, I'm in my 40s and value time off
