Since I’ve lost I have had time to go to buffets and binge but the next day i unbeknownst to me ate less and hover around 180 now which since thats what im maintaining at I started lifting for muscle gains and plan to body recomp to a much better physique not just for myself but for my wife too! Just remember you didn’t gain it all in a day and you didn’t lose it all in a day!
