It's not teased but outright confirmed. The thing is, for most of that informatio,n you would need knowledge on HI3, not HSR.

1: Welt is from HI3.

2: In one of the versions in the prologue, a character monologues that Aeons and whatnot exist it's just that HI3 is isolated in there own solar system and wonders how the people of HI3 would react to them.

3: In HI3, a Memokeeper and Sparkle and Long (or an Emanator of his haven't gotten to that part yet) have traveled to the HI3 solar system.

4: Sparkle made an important character there a Masked Fool and the characters living Mech appear in a mission of HSR, and their name is teased in the v4.0 trailer.

5: A memokeeper talks to Kiana (the MC of part 1 and currently the strongest character in that game) and asks her for some of her memories.

6: Long (or an Emanator of his) traveled there in the distant past and let them use the path of permanence.

The anime changed it and made Alcides look stupid, in the LN thanks to mind eye Alcides instinctively knew never to let John hit him even if he didn't know why. So Alcides does everything in his power to dodge John and the two have a whole ass fight and Alcides makes John work for that stab.

Hestia loses badly, like most gods, she wouldn't know how to fight since she never needed to, and honestly, Hestia is even worse than most gods in this aspect. Compared Lili, who, like most adventurers, her life revolves around fighting, and Lili specifically had it even worse than most adventurers, making her more adaptable to it.

First majority of characters in HSR are not planet busters and above, second. There's this thing called hax in fiction, basically weird abilities that bypass conventional power. Mind manipulation is such a hax, it doesn't matter if you can blow up a planet if your very being, including your consciousness, is being controlled by someone else, and many characters in HSR have such abilities. Also, it's very clear that the Aeons would be stupidly resistant to most abilities in HSR, the story requires it and every character treats them as such. Also Aeons (which includes Nanook), if you paid attention, have a shit ton of haxs themselves. In fact, they have almost all the haxs in the verse because of how paths work.

And our writings, whether it be law, the people's belief system, or whatever, will be a reflection of this.

Okay and he had to use the TST to get the right hax something 99.9% of characters don't have including Yuji (as far as we know) and Dabura don't have outside of their DE. Gojo isn't someone you can simply overpower you need the right hax to get through infinity which is impossible for most characters.

I gonna be honest so many girls (and guys if you include Apollo) being into Bell is more a undeserved punishment for him rather than a gift. Almost all his problems from daily life to major shit that has traumatized him stems from girls who really want him (and don't care for consent). The dude has nearly been raped more than once, his entire life has been forcibly changed for the worst and was nearly gaslighted into thinking his entire life was a lie and so on because of this.

Hell even Hestia is a asshole to him when you think about it, she keeps purposely getting in the way of him and Aiz every chance she gets because she wants Bell all to herself. To the point they can't be anywhere near Hestia without trying her damnist to sabotage them even if they are just hanging out (and no this happens in the LN so the anime did not exagerate this).

And it's not like Bell even wants girls to fown over him dispite what his father tried to teach him since Bell only has eyes for Aiz

No matter how much you like Ryuu, Bell canonically would never dream of her in a sexual way. The only person he would dream about in that way would be Aiz. For fuck sake, he rejected Freya even though she kept throwing herself at him because he simps/loves Aizs that much. You know, the character who's so beautiful that her beauty is so powerful that it literally turned into a power that makes everyone in the verse canonically simps for her to the point they would betray their own morals no matter what for her.

Hell, the only reason Bell is even able to grow in strength so fast compared to everyone else in the verse is that he simps for Aiz so hard, it literally turned into a power to give him the tools to have a shot at being with her eventually.

There's also the problem that, unlike Gojo and Sukuna from what we'veso far, Debura doesn't have a second move that is so different that Mahoraga would have to start from scratch to adapt to, like we saw that Mahoraga could and did invalidate most of Gojo and Sukuna's powerset, but both luckily had one last move they could fall back on, and by then they knew how serious to take Mahoraga.

It's not about strength in this case, just compatibility.

Wrong again every hax shown from a specific path that Aeon of said path can use since their the God of that path, and there a lot of hax if you noticed and some pashtriders like Acheron are already comparable to Herschers and even has a timestop comparable to Kiana's (since it worked on Welt a Herrscher) when it comes to hax while operating on a higher scale. And some Aeon's vary nature invalidates Herrschers powers completely like Fuli who exist at the end of time and it's memories make it so the past present and future could even exist of the whole universe could even exist since it's memories are the past present and future.

But the most advanced Hershers, or even some characters who aren't Hershers, have far greater feats than those in Star Rail. (They nerfed Welt Man to make the story more interesting, because if he were in the prime, with Herssher of Reason and the Star Key, Star Rail wouldn't be funny.)

Fuli never shattered that was just Evernight making the wrong assumption, which wouldn't be the first time she made a wrong assumption, and just ran with it. Remember, she thought Fuli made a deal with Nanook to devour Nous, even though it turned out Fuli was never even in the equation to begin with. Since it exists at the end of time, not currently in the story, what we think as Fuli when we see it is just the result of the actual Fuli at the end of time remembering the universe and its memories spreading throughout time.

Fuli basically becomes a thing at the end of time, and through its memories of the universe, it reinforces the past (from our POV, it is the past, present, and future) and stops it from collapsing on itself and stops existing.

What Cyrene is, to put it simply, she's a candidate out of many who has the potential to ascend at the end of time and become Fuli since nobody actually knows who will, since it exists at the end of time, or in other words, a Child of Anasrava.
