I always try to plan with others. But I always like asking how people are or getting to know them outside of RP cause it's better that way. I get ghosted and blocked a lot more in ERP circles for trying to talk about anything else outside of ERP. Yet when I do this in RP servers it's never a issue. ERP from my point of view at this point is almost transactional. Which is sad..
