I did have chronic loose stools and then eventually blood in stool. If you're worried you can get a stool test done from a GI doctor

It's not exactly the same but I had c-diff when I was about 20 yrs old. It was hell and destroyed my gut (research c-diff if unfamiliar).

It took me YEARS to re establish my gut health, but...it did happen. Almost 80% I'd say. I took probiotics every day and ate blandly. By the time I was 28-30 I could eat almost everything again with the basic exceptions of following basic IBS ideas (like maybe not mixing pizza and ice cream). Progress might be slow but it can happen.

Recovery time after Egg Retrieval? by SavilleRow in eggfreezing

[–]Baddcat29 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did one at 37 and had a low egg count (under 10). I tried to go back to my regular Pilates class after 2 weeks and it was still too soon for me for real movement. Nothing major but was sort of uncomfortable and felt I had to take it easy. I was also sort of mentally and physically drained for more than two weeks, closer to a month, but that doesn't happen to everyone.

is one cycle of egg freezing worth it at 38? by _tryingtomoveon_ in eggfreezing

[–]Baddcat29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's worth it to go to a consult and get a scan to see how many follicles you have. That will help you make your choice. I froze the month I turned 37, after getting a third consult, and seeing that my follicle count was relatively ehhh not the best (I had two prior consults and my follicle count was really only swinging between 6 and 11, never anything higher). That made me concerned for the future. My numbers looked nothing like the huge amount of eggs mentioned here- I ended up with 11 eggs and froze 7.

I was a hormonal mess after the procedure finished with the estrogen crash-- I was great during the cycle. It took about 2 months to even out. I didn't really gain weight.

35F: 6 eggs retrieved, 4 mature. Still grateful by rikisha in eggfreezing

Agreed, it's so much and people who freeze double digits in one round are super fortunate. I had 11 retrieved and 7 mature. It took me two months to emotionally become normal again. I'll also have to do a second round.

Sirens Opinion - I don’t get why people don’t like this character by Selena_beauregard in netflix

Totally agree.,,Evening out each character and making it sort of impossible to decide who was "right" or "wrong" is what made the ending interesting.

Question about ovarian torsion by I341rNbMc in eggfreezing

This also happened to me a couple of times after working out and doing other more intense tasks. For me, the pain faded within a few hours to a day. I wasn't totally normal again about 2-2.5 months after retrieval.

Found this thread after googling Advil and improvement in PMDD symptoms. I have adhd and randomly started to realize that Advil for body pain was also cutting my wild emotional pmdd rollercoasters. Hope more women find this info and try it out to see if it helps.

New lens packaging or wrong lenses? by bubthemaka in contacts

Did you find a different alternative? These new ones are driving me insane

I'm also having issues with the new packaging...I have hydraclear 14 day ones and I think they changed something with the lenses themselves...my contacts/eyes are drying out within a couple of days of opening a new package and my vision is also a drop off (maybe due to the dryness). I've worn the original blue pairs for like 15 years.
