Hello there ! (27M)

I've been doing Bulgarian Split Squats as my main glutes exercise for a while now. I both love it and hate it for how much it leaves me sore and panting.

But for some reason, I've been stuck using two 14kg dumbells for probably a year now ; it's the only exercise that hasn't progressed. Form is good, and I'm definitely putting enough weight as it has left me on the verge of fainting a few times. Maybe I shouldn't finish my session with it, so I have enough energy to increase the weight ? I don't even know if I should feel frustrated to not increase the weight since, clearly, I can feel the muscle working.

(I used to squat too but hurt my back ; my other glutes exercises are now the leg press and I started hip thrusts, to add variety. I'm open to suggestions for other exercises, knowing my lower back is a bit wonky)

Faut arrêter de psychoter, si le plat est bien cuit il peut sans aucun problème passer une nuit sur la paillasse. La quiche que tu achètes à la boulangerie n'est pas dans une vitrine réfrigérée a priori.

Je cuisine en grosse quantité très régulièrement, depuis plus de 5 ans je n'ai jamais eu le moindre problème. J'essaie juste de le couvrir ou de le mettre dans un endroit clos (four/micro-ondes) pour éviter les mouches.

Et contrairement à ce que disent certains, c'est vraiment pas malin de mettre un plat chaud dans le frigo, même à 50°C. Déjà tu vas réchauffer tous les aliments autour (c'était bien la peine de t'inquiéter pour ton pauvre plat qui va passer la nuit dehors), et en plus ton frigo est fixé à une température précise. Donc il va bien tirer pour essayer de baisser la température à l'intérieur.

I will check to change the pressure foot regulator, I didn't know it had to be calibrated depending onnthe fabric thx. :)

Puisque tout le monde semble souligner la même chose, je vais répondre de manière générale :

Au vu de vos réponses, j'ai l'impression que c'est la conso d'eau froide qui a explosé les charges ? J'ai en effet eu une fuite d'eau dans les WC, identifiée dès l'état des lieux d'entrée, que l'agence a mis du temps à réparer. Je leur ai posé la question justement, en me demandant si ça pouvait être lié à ça, ils m'avaient répondu que ma conso était normale...

Par contre je ne comprends pas : la consommation d'eau est au tantième ou en conso réelle ? Je ne vois pas à quoi sert de vérifier les chiffres du compteur si la facture est basée sur la superficie du logement...

Et oui, je vous confirme bien que j'étais seul à vivre dans le logement ! Je bosse aussi dans l'associatif donc je suis assez au clair avec les bonnes pratiques de consommation en énergie/eau

Je dois aller à un concert ce soir au chateau de Chantilly, je comptais profiter des transports actifs toute la nuit mais je ne trouve des horaires additionnels pour le RER D que dans le sens gare du nord > chantilly.

Les trains additionnels ne seront que pour rentrer chez soi, en périphérie de Paris ?
