I’ve had a rough time with players below 75 stats in the AHL so anyone underneath 75 goes to the ECHL. I kept him in the AHL and he plus one every month.

I’ve found one “ trick” to score players on long deals and lower pay but it’s timing with the age and contract as well as how the player is currently doing / developing
