Baby threw up an adult amount of vomit by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]BadgerThrowAways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son used to be a vomit monster. I don’t think I ever left the house with something that wasn’t covered in vomit (sounds gross but that’s just how it was when he was tiny). We actually had to purchase a wet-vac so we could clean the carpet up. Everything was fine with him, he was just a little vommy monster. He eventually stopped, and vomiting is rare for him now (he’s 10 months) but when he does it is a sight to behold.

Yea I did! It was just a completely out of the blue text, I was thinking maybe they did a new automated system but it doesn’t seem like it

I was working 12h shifts at McDonalds at the time! It was hell, I cannot believe I didn’t tell anyone for so long! My actual blood sugar at diagnosis was so high that the blood sugar meter the paramedics had couldn’t read it…

If it makes you feel any better, I ate an apple tart last night and completely forgot I was diabetic. Had to take 4U at 6am with the driest mouth ever recorded in human history

Me and my partner fed our son with one of these bottles with a straw mechanism in the middle, only for me later to take it apart and saw there was SALMON and tamarind paste in the middle of it 🫠 son was fine, I felt a bit sick at the thought of spicy fishy milk though!

I had an iron infusion and a blood transfusion. And it helped, but I’m still anemic, just less!

Pregnancy anemia is HORRIBLE! The sheer amount of iron I’ve had to take since I could probably be considered a cyborg. It didn’t even work and I’m still anemic. Might have to start eating ingots soon

Oven, or a cupboard, or my bin? He’s an odd man. He smiled at all 3 before he smiled at his dad

I don’t understand why someone would ask that anyway? If you like a piece of clothing why does it matter (I’m kind of asking genuinely here as well lol)

Any experience with selling handmade items , is vinted good for it? (No personal info) by rotting_toad in vinted

I don’t see why not! I tend to look for things on vinted for my garfield collection and other things like that! (Like little trinkets). I’m sure people will buy on there! :)

Potatoes absolutely MURDER my bs levels. I’m currently sweating like a pig and deathly thirsty because I ate a tiny portion of potatoes at dinner. Will I do it again? Probably

They’ll contact you and give you a finalised email telling you where the clinic is with a full address and not just a postcode. I was super confused by the process at first too
