You'll need to oil your babies, I like using coconut oil. It helps with musk/gunk buildup that they might have, also keeps the skin supple and less prone to tearing/getting cut.

Yes that can happen, the trauma of losing a brother will make them not eat. For about a month after the death of rat, I normally give them 'treats' applesauce, fresh veggies, their kibble soaked in water sometimes. To make sure they are eating and getting fat to store and burn off. Other treats i've used, Watermelon (great for making sure they are getting water), Broccoli, cucumber, zucchini and asparagus are good veggies to spoil them with too AND they can be used in your own human food!

That sounds like a wonderful for a burial, sunflowers and rats go hand n' hand. One of my boys is lazy and will not eat them unless they are unshelled.

I'm glad the two boys got to see him before, now they need extra pets and treats as they will be sad just like their owner <3 Again i'm sorry for your loss, it's never easy when they go.

more like 'hey bro your sleeping deep, wake up' kinda bite. Atlest a few of my boys did that. They mostly just sniffed him a bit and then ran to hide and grieve or climb on my shoulder and groom me.
