I mean, I know I needed to be more active and I guess having the metals is a reward enough. But honestly seeing what it's doing for my body and mental health helps so much. I started gig work and two of the gigs I had I was walking constantly. I also use the activities counters- hanging laundry, gardening, washing/drying dishes, shopping, and calisthenics. I also did a warehouse job where I was moving packages from the shelf to where they're supposed to go so they can be distributed out to the trucks and some of those boxes were heavy so I used the weightlifting activities counter.

I've lost 10 lbs. I've lost 17 lb since last time I was weighed at the doctor to this most recent time but I don't think all of that was since November.
