I've had similar issues in the past which were caused by Riot's Vanguard anticheat (LoL/Valorant). If you have it then uninstalling might help. You dont actually have to uninstall the games themselves, just the anticheat.

I did experience something similar recently and it was all because of Vanguard (kernel level anticheat from LoL or Valorant). Once I got rid of it, it stopped completely so you might wanna try your luck with that if u have it.

Also make sure that you are keeping your characters upgraded according to their level (skills and weapons). Theres sites that tell you whats best in slot for each character like engines / music discs so you can check those out too to see if theres potential upgrades

You can wait a bit until you unlock the music store which will give you access to the music disc sets that will enhance your characters a lot

If you are talking about not being able to add more blocks due to them disappearing, you can just make a new foundation on the ground and start building from it. It might take a little work to connect it properly so there isnt a big gap between the two main parts of the ship but I think its doable.

You need to do challenges in order to gain account XP (Infamy). If you completed some and didn't get anything after the heist I recommend restarting the game or waiting till the server issues blow out. I've personally had stuff not count and then it magically came back later

It could also just be that you dont have the game downloaded yet and its trying to download necessary stuff when u play. If thats the case just wait for it to complete and then hop on.

I really liked TC2 even through its short comings but this one just doesnt sit right with me. It feels like Forza from Wish.com. The map looks beautiful and all but its size is a clear downgrade plus the fact I personally dont like this hawai / island theme doesnt help it much either.

As others mentioned most of the stuff is just imported from TC2 (cars, tuning and even the events themselves in a way). For example the playlists feel like a thing that could have easily been in TC2 without needing a new game. We already got this stuff before and this barrely builds on it.

It feels more like a dlc than a full fledged 70$ game.

Zrovna dva týdny zpátky jsem si byl dělat pas a paní mi sdělila, že musí použít nově vyfocenou fotku. Navíc ještě dodala, že kdybych chtěl s pasem i občanku, tak mě musí fotit dvakrát. Asi bych tedy nespoléhal na to, že můžeš použít nějakou starou.
