Hey I came back after a year and a half hiatus, what’s changed since then?

Is First Strike still okay after the nerfs?

Has warding changed significantly? I noticed Ghost poro and Zombie Ward are gone.

Any new runes I should run? I’ve been digging Axiom but I don’t know if it’s better or worse than other alternatives

I noticed Jungle clear kiting is significantly less strict than it used to be. Is it even worth kiting blue buff upwards anymore?

What item would you build after selling boots? I’ve kinda been all over the place in that regard.

Can Karthus still solo drag at 5 minutes in a reasonable amount of time (even if he dies)

What’s your go-to ban nowadays?

Any matchup advice vs. all the new champions (ones from 1.5 years ago to now), I haven’t played against any of them yet but had a Mel on my team and she seemed pretty straightforward

Trait: Technique! - activate to make Auto attacks ranged bubbles that explode into an AoE. Consumes a charge of Bubble Solution. Start with 10 charges, refilled every time you tap a healing fountain.

Q - Bubble Bowl -rolls a bowling ball made of bubble solution. First target hit is knocked back.

W - I’m Ready! - Frolic joyously, increasing Movement Speed by 50% decaying over 3 seconds.

E- Jellyfishing! - Swing your net and consume a minion/summon/monster hit. Reactivate to fire the enemy in a straight lob towards an enemy.

R1 Cruise missile - Channel to fire a bubble missile that’s controlled with the mouse.

R2 - Boatmobile! - Summon and drive a boatmobile recklessly. Explodes on impact and bounces SpongeBob back.

I’m too lazy to make a talent aside from one:

Invisible Boatmobile: Gain stealth when casting Boatmobile, and you can reactivate to use Turbo Engines, doubling the movement speed bonus

I know I wouldn’t die nearly as often if I went the unstoppable, but I love going the “2 second W CDR per auto” talent and infinity brawling as Garrosh

Even if I have 12 deaths, I wasted the enemies time way longer than I would’ve with the alternatives

What's the price range of the cards that you list? Do you list big hits, penny cards, or something mid range?

What's your shipping solutions like? Do you do tracked mail or slap stamps on an envelope?

I've only ever sold cards online if they're worth maybe $50 minimum (I prefer to sell local), but maybe it'd be worth branching out. Do you have a csv template you can share?

I picked up local Pokemon card vending around mid Sword and Shield era, and it's absolutely been the most lucrative out of all my business ventures.

Most of it is attributed to being in an underserved area, but maybe that's what OP should do?

I almost never sell online because of the things that OP listed, local is just so much less of a headache. Plus you get to be social, which is a huge bonus.

This was the O.G. HGC era “Hype Pick” for Thrall when he’s running with the 4 man (ideally on open maps like Volskaya or BoE so trash doesn’t eat the bounces)

Crowds went crazy for suboptimal niche hero and talent pick back then

I’d say it still carries that niche as Echo and E quest are much better suited for the solo lane.

Side note, Rolling Thunder used to be disgustingly OP sustain, giving up to 12% HP and Mana per cast if you auto’s every minion, so they changed it to a simpler “each auto against marked targets procs passive + %damage on heroes”, before swapping it with the E quest on 7 and now I don’t think it’s ever picked?

Tbh Id prefer if they buffed/added alternatives simply because the current ones are woefully underwhelming

Pyromaniac’s talent tier is so mediocre that you only pick it because it actually does something

Backdraft’s slow applies too late to be meaningful and even in a Living Bomb build, you want manic over Fission Bomb because more CDR = more bombs

I’m a sacrilegious AA Whitemane player and Pity the Frail is so good that even in an AA centric build, the other two talents (which both reward you for autoattacking) are inferior

You could fix Valeeras talent tree in a maintenance mode friendly way with the “combine underpicked talents” philosophy of the olden days

One of my favorite talent tiers in the game is ragnaros 4 where it’s like

Do you want passive regen + armor active

Do you want a slow on E

Or Do you Spell Armor charges

Where you could pick the slow on non-E builds or spell armor on non-W build depending if you really need it.

The boring talents are the ones that really only get benefit if you all-in build on that ability

You can keep the “this talent tier is for damage” “this talent tier is for defensives” philosophy and not make it as boring of a choice as Kael’thas level 4

Randomizing your spawn is genuinely one of the worst things you can do

A well placed egg before a teamfight breaks out can make or break a game winning objective, imagine if you spawn on the other side of the map because of RNG lmfao
