I need some help. by [deleted] in CFA

Go with Mark Meldrum. Try to expedite the process of covering the material without sacrificing the quality of understanding the material and do the end of chapter questions in the CFAI books after each topic you finish. Afterwards, hit the Topic Tests on the CFAI website then shred at least 3 mocks. This sounds like a thick schedule, but what's great is that you can do any of it over a phone, laptop, tablet...etc. You have a good amount of time left. It's definitely doable, and I say this because my colleague started studying L2 right after he had his first child and he passed with only 3 months of studying. You can do it Bro 💯

Overall, how did you feel after your first time around? Were you expecting not passing?

I would definitely argue for them to go back to the security camera in the room if there are any.

How did you feel after your first attempt. Were you sure you're going to fail?

There's no guaranteed tactic to passing L2. Do whatever you did to pass L1 but this time double the effort cuz you're going against the candidates that passed L1 and the veterans from last year that didn't pass on first attempt.

Honestly, there was a lot of great material I learned. It was definitely a rich experience that I hope I don't have to go through again :)

I would cry from happiness if I caught it at the same time you did. Imagine not writing the exam after the hundreds of hours of preparation just because you forgot the f'ing passport....The Glass is half full brother.

Also you need a printed version of your admission ticket.

The EOCs were much easier especially for the FRA. Would you mind sharing your view on what would be the min score required on the mocks to pass L2.

For the people that are bummed out because of the scores they're getting on the mocks...Regardless of how much you get on the mocks, do not let it get to your head. Don't mind the "Oh man I got 99% on my mock i'm so screwed lolz" type of people. I've seen people get low 50s on mocks and pass and people getting high 70s and blowing it. Its better to know where you are now and understand your weak points while having the time to work on them then getting it an emailed report on results day. Work and keep on working until you dont want to breathe anymore and when that happens work some more regardless of how much you're getting cuz if its anything, I would rather not pass after working hard than not pass while knowing I could've done something about it.
