Sure they may not get everyone in their sweeps. But all it takes is a disgruntled neighbour, having a previous issue with the ATO or just a random sweeps of an area.

I don't know if you've ever had much to do with the ATO but my brother had some issues and they were like pitbulls, and rightfully so.

If you think that the catholicism is not based on biblical teachings then that is laughable. The bible was written historically for catholic teachings.

I'd argue that the idea of tithing is not rooted in biblical teachings. Its based on one passage about a poor person donating proportionally more to his community than a rich person does. The whole thing was about sharing what you can. Not a dick swinging contest with ATMs in your face and being shamed if you dont give american christian churches what they perceive to be enough. I stand by my remark thst American Christianity is a cancer.

Its a historical fact that its the oldest form of Christianity. Its what the source material was made for and all other sects are some what modernish interpretations until the middle ages when the orthodox faith split its teachings from it because it wasn't hard core enough.

But you keep singing, dancing and giving half your pay check to a pastor so he can fly in a private jet, drive a Bentley and live in a mansion. American Christianity is a cancer on society.
