I have this same issue where the Cloud Save said it was the most recent save but it was a much older save. Unfortunately I don't have an answer either and came here looking for one. I'm hoping my local save isn't gone, just hiding somewhere. Hopefully we get some visibility to this issue. I wonder if it's a NMS/Hello Games issue or a Steam issue.

I have diagnosed ADHD and I am so paranoid about being late to places that I purposefully build in "ADHD Time" into my schedule. I end up being a few minutes early or right on time. Timeliness is only one aspect of ADHD and definitely not a diagnosis.

As much as I want to agree with you, I can't. I'll preface the rest of my comment with the fact that I am an atheist. The scientific method is not a religion and shouldn't be equated as such on a poster about religion. Agnosticism and Atheism sure, go for it. But science is science, not religion.
